RADIO FREQUENCY (RF) FACIAL

RADIO FREQUENCY (RF) FACIAL

What is radiofrequency, and how does it work?
Radiofrequency is a non-surgical treatment that uses controlled energy to gently heat the skin. This process is intended to support the skin’s natural collagen production. Some patients may notice an immediate effect of firmer or lifted skin, particularly around areas such as the nasolabial folds and jawline. Radiofrequency is often used to improve the appearance of fine lines and to enhance skin texture.

Who may benefit from radiofrequency treatment?
Radiofrequency facials are often considered by individuals noticing a decrease in skin firmness or dullness. The treatment may support collagen production and improve skin oxygenation, which can contribute to overall skin appearance. However, radiofrequency is not recommended for individuals with metal implants, those who are pregnant, or people with altered skin sensation conditions such as diabetes.

How many sessions are generally advised?
While some patients may observe benefits after a single session, a course of four to six treatments spaced seven to ten days apart is commonly recommended to support longer-term improvements.
